In Gospel of Matthew 7:24–29, Jesus Christ teaches that the wise person hears His words and obeys, building on the rock so they stand firm in life’s storms. The foolish person hears but does not act, building on sand and collapsing under pressure. The storm reveals the foundation, and Jesus is the true authority and the Rock.
